Early Summer Series - 3 weeks in

The first three weeks of the Early Summer Series has treated sailors to the full range of conditions at Winscar.  Week one saw 12 boats out in fantastic conditions and some great courses ensuring sailors came back ashore with smiles on their faces.  Week two was for the brave as three hardy sailors took on conditions that were close to the upper limit for sailing, with a special mention to Cameron for the best jump/dive/fall off the daggerboard the duty have seen for a long time.   Most recently, week three was for the patient with conditions that were again close to the limit, but this time most definitely the lower end with very light and fickle conditions making it challenging for both the duty team (to set the course) and sailors  (to get around it) alike.  It was brilliant to see 22 boats out on the water, with a wide range of ages and abilities really showcasing that sailing at Pennine is for all!
