Sheffield Universities Varsity 2026

On Saturday the University of Sheffield Sailing Club and Sheffield Hallam Sailing and Windsurfing Club met up at the club for their annual end of season varsity event consisting of both match and team racing.  The weather was fantastic for the spectators who could relax in the Spring sunshine but it wasn't so good for those racing due to the light winds.  Ultimately it was the University of Sheffield who came out on top, continuing their winning streak. 

It was great to see so many students up at the club enjoying the facilities and the surroundings and it's great to have two vibrant and active university clubs sailing at Pennine.
